You've just joined the Salesforce team at Acme. Your first week's support queue is full of access tickets, all about poor Sam.

Work through the tickets in the quiz below. For each one, think about the four layers in order:
- Object: does Sam's profile or permission set allow it at all?
- Record: OWD → role hierarchy → sharing rules → teams/manual
- Field: field-level security
- Code: is Apex respecting all of the above?
